Pictured here is a complete set of 14 (2 sets of C-B) Music Blocks. These wooden blocks feature the letters C-D-E-F-G-A-B on one side and on the opposite side are the solfege symbols: do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-TI. (Please note there is another version of this product with the solfege symbol as SI).

The blocks are made of painted wood (except the ‘C’ block which is plain). The letters are cut from high-durability vinyl with a high-gloss, mirrored, gold chrome finish for maximum sparkle effect.

The blocks are colour coordinated in rainbow order (Plain, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple).

Uses of these blocks include, but are not limited to: composition/improvisation aids, placement of hand position, learning the order of the music alphabet, learning the music alphabet backwards, learning both systems of note naming and how they relate, finding notes on the keyboard, learning to play by colour notation for pre-readers, and more. You can even send sets of blocks home with your students!
